| Three upright poles have been pushed into the ground through a circular wooden disc. The tops of the poles have been scorched by fire and have been drilled with numerous tiny holes. Soft willow "withies" and red dogwood twigs have been pushed into the holes and wrapped round the uprights. It is a reminder of the sub-station insulators not far away and has a mysterious and dangerous feel, as though it should be on the sub-station site. A maquette or model was made for this sculpture. | ||||||||||||||||||
